1. The returned goods must show no signs of use, be properly secured and packaged, and include the return form. 2. The goods should be returned to the store address:

3. The shipping costs are borne by the buyer. 4. The Seller will respond to the return as soon as possible, no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the returned product. 5. In accordance with Article 34, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Rights Act, the Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the item resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the item. 6. The refund will be made using the same method as the original payment. In the case of cash on delivery shipments, the refund will be made to the bank account number provided in the return form. 7. The basis for initiating the return procedure is a correctly completed return form along with the signature of the person making the return (first and last name).

The seller will respond to the complaint as soon as possible, but no later than 14 calendar days from the date of its submission.

Mechanical damage such as: tearing, cracking, stretching, pilling, abrasion.
Discoloration (staining) of goods,
Damage to movable parts such as: locks, zippers, snaps, buttons, Velcro, etc.
Products improperly maintained or used contrary to the instructions on the product label,
Cracking of prints,
Differences between the actual appearance of the delivered goods and the photos displayed in the online store, if they result from the individual settings of the customer's computer – color, texture appearance, proportions, etc.
