We recommend regularly airing the duvets and pillows outside, especially on sunny and hot days. This will help maintain the natural freshness of our products. In special cases, we recommend gentle dry cleaning and drying at low temperatures.
 
Remember to always ensure that your dry cleaner follows the appropriate guidelines for cleaning wool products.
 
IMPORTANT: do not wash in a washing machine, do not soak or immerse in hot water – cleaning the product in this way will cause damage and it does not remain covered by warranty. Washing – even in cold water – or using a program dedicated to wool products is not recommended, as the mechanical spinning and agitation may shift or shrink the fibers inside the duvet.
 
Spot cleaning with cold water and immediate flat drying of the product are allowed.
